Inspection Trip Offer
We are offering a heavily subsidised Inspection Trip at only £29pp. This will
cover one night in a hotel, breakfast, lunch and transport to and from the
airport.
Itinerary
Most flights will arrive late evening. You will be collected from the airport
and taken to your hotel. This will usually be the 5 star Intercontinental at
Mar Menor Golf Resort. You will be given an up to date price list and
information on each resort. You will then be left in peace for the remainder of
the evening to look at the information and enjoy the hotels facilities. In the
morning there will be an early start after breakfast with a trip to Polaris Head
Offices followed by viewings on a selection of properties within your budget and
style requirements on La Torre, El Valle and Hacienda Riquelme. As the trip will
mostly be on a one to one basis there will be the flexibility to adapt the
schedule to include other resorts and local area (time permitting).
This offer is available throughout October - December excluding school holidays.
It is aimed purely at the fantastic offers we have on the last few discounted
key ready Polaris Properties. These in our opinion offer the best value and
investment opportunity at this current time. If you are interested in re-sales
or other resorts we will not be able to cover these on this style of inspection
trip but would be happy to discuss alternative viewing arrangements with you.
All properties have mortgages in place that can be taken for up to 70% of the
contract prices. The properties are being sold on a first come first served
basis and can be reserved with a non-refundable deposit of 10,000 Euro. Completion
must take place within approximately 3 weeks.
This is a limited offer and is aimed at clients who are in a position to move
quickly with a budget of 130,000 Euro - 1m Euro excluding taxes/completion expenses.
